The Find Your Happy Place Health and Wellness Fair will take place on Saturday, October 13th from 9am to 2pm at St. Philip's School and Community Center. Family health centers to provide health and wellness screenings and/or information and resources for obtaining access to quality care, fitness programs, community centers, parks and recreation facilities, public and private gyms from businesses, faith-based organizations, and nonprofits that encourage and showcase resources for more holistic diets, demonstrate exercises or would donate a class onsite for the community (Zumba, aerobic dance, Pilates, Step, TAEBO, Yoga, Tai Chi, Kickboxing, etc.), demonstrations (cooking, physical activity challenges, and activities), food vendors, food trucks, fun activities for adults and children, and sponsorship to make this event bigger and better to serve the community are all welcomed.
We look forward to providing your company or organization the opportunity to showcase all the products and services you offer to support an active and healthy life. We will be offering a variety of sponsorship levels with added benefits to help cover the costs of all the extra values for attendees. You can simply purchase a booth by itself. Please find all sponsorship/vendor details on the registration form. The booth space can be decorated to fit your business and power can be supplied at an additional charge. Booth spaces (and power) are available on a first come first serve basis so please register early. Decorations should be in good taste, and the walls of the facility may not be used for decorating (i.e. tape, staples etc.). Vendor set-up will take place from 8:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. Saturday, October 13th.
On the day of the event, booths should be ready to go by 8:30 a.m. and light refreshments will be provided during the morning. All vendors will be responsible for cleaning up their area at the end of the fair and all materials need to be removed by 5:00 p.m. We ask that all vendors remain until the end of the event and that you do not break down your area early.
We look forward to receiving your registration and seeing you at our Find Your Happy Place Health and Wellness Fair. Also, remember that we will be drawing winners for door prizes for the participants during the event so if you would like to donate to the drawing, please fill in that section on the registration form. Please contact Nikisha Patton Handy, if you need assistance or have any questions. All payments can be made using the Cash App to $2InspirePeace or using PayPal. I look forward to working with all of you this year!

2 Inspire Peace Presents: The Educator's Lunch and Learn Remixed
2 Inspire Peace is presenting The Educator's Lunch and Learn on Saturday, June 16, 2018, from 11:00 pm to 3:00 pm. If you missed the first two, you don't want to miss this one as we celebrate summer break collectively and practice self-care. A school-wide healthy climate and culture can be accomplished one classroom at a time beginning with the educator, mentor or caregiver in a child's life. This workshop was created to re-connect educators, mentors, and caregivers to their personal and professional meaning and purpose while finding balance and cultivating emotional intelligence in and outside of the classroom. Not only is this workshop interactive but the methods that we talk about can be used with all ages, and a delicious meal is included in the price of admission.
Inhale Exhale Project
2 Inspire Peace has created 6 week programs for educators wanting to get started in both fulfilling their purpose and living a life full of mindfulness and social emotional intelligence. A 12 week curriculum has been created for students to introduce mindfulness and social emotional learning through the exploration of real life situations using hands on activities to increase the likelihood of retention and understanding. This curriculum teaches students how to deal with real life situations in more mindful ways to increase social emotional intelligence.
