Trauma Responsive Practices and Meeting Deficiency Needs

During this time of uncertainty, anxiety is running high. The world is scrambling for solutions, and much of what we feel is within ourselves and those we are connected with. Our physiological and safety needs are what is most important, followed by our need to belong and feel loved, which brings about the empowerment needed to bring resiliency to our current reality. We must create compassion in our interactions, and do what is holistically necessary to create wholeness in our minds, bodies, and spirits.
