The “Relax, Relate, & Release Retreat” is a three-day experience that allows us to create a greater self awareness, cultivate a deeper connection with self, and find solutions to bridging the gap between the two all in one beautiful, natural environment. The property is situated on 126 acres with 3 stocked ponds, miles of trails, and beautiful accommodations with plenty of room! All meals are provided, even vegan options, and it's only a 45 minute drive from the DFW metroplex! Many of us experience the inner conflict of  extreme stress, anxiety, heartbreak, despair, loneliness, and exhaustion. This retreat will enhance your capacity to heal, nourish, strengthen, rejuvenate, and ultimately to awaken. Come and join us to return back to yourself whole, complete, healthy, and sacred.

The Relax, Relate, & Release Retreat will include:

-126 lush green acres
-3 stocked ponds (meditative fishing)
-10 miles of trails (meditative walking)

The best part of the The Relax, Relate, & Release Retreat is that there is NO PRESSURE to participate in the activities. How you use this experience to immerse mindfulness into your life is totally your choice. Whether you take this time to just commune with self, catch up on sleep, or just hang out outside, it's totally up to you. The intention of the retreat is to embrace self care and resilient living, and we realize that that looks different for everyone. The last two years have been absolutely blissful, we can't wait for this one. Our theme for this year is subconscious clearing through self love. Space is limited.
