The “Relax, Relate, & Release Retreat” is a three-day experience that allows us to get away from the speedy and chaotic way of life to create a greater self awareness, cultivate a deeper connection with self, and find solutions to bridging the gap between the two all in one beautiful, natural environment. Many of us experience the inner conflict of extreme stress, anxiety, heartbreak, despair, loneliness, and exhaustion. This retreat will enhance your capacity to heal, nourish, strengthen, rejuvenate, and ultimately to awaken. Come and join us to return back to yourself whole, complete, healthy, and sacred.

Bedding/Pillows/Blankets/Sleeping Bed/Towels (if you don’t want to use the ones available at the cabin)
