About the event

Meditation in the Park is back for it's 3rd year, but we are switching it up a bit!!!! The format for our moments of serenity have changed from meeting in the park to meeting virtually AFTER DARK. If there has never been a time to hold space for serenity and balance, it's now during this time of uncertainty. Rain or shine, our blissful experiences together will continue to shine on!  

Simply click on the link to register your space, as we meditate as a collective to assist with heightening the vibration of the city, state, country, and the world! Be the solution, go within, and find purpose in it all!  

Deep breathing coupled with meditation has the potential to lower the heart rate, boost energy, and improve self-management in stressful situations. Come and join us as we collectively meditate and embrace the power of the breath. Allow yourself an opportunity to release emotional, financial, or spiritual imbalance making it difficult to cope with what we are currently experiencing. Find harmony within this time of uncertainty.
